- 1 French or hard Italian bread loaf sliced
- Garlic – 1 large clove
- Mavra’s Greek Olive Oil (1 T per slice, or suited to taste)
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Toast the slices of bread (for quantity, broil in oven)
- Rub the garlic clove on each slice of toasted bread and sprinkle the olive oil on top. Parmesan cheese is optional.
