Mavra’s Mixed Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

4 to 6 Leafs of romaine lettuce
1 Small tomato
1/2 Cucumber
1/4 Small red onion slices (long)
1 tbs Calamata olives
2 tbs Feta cheese crumbled or sliced
4 to 6 tbs Mavra’s olive oil
1 ½ tbs Vinegar of choice
Pinch Salt, Oregano

Directions:

1. Place the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well
2. Add to salad and toss. Enjoy (kali orexi)
