Swiss Chard (Seskla)
Ingredients:
One bunch Swiss Chard
2 garlic gloves
1 small onion
1 small can tomato sauce / 4 fresh big ripped tomato’s squeezed
A pinch of salt
A pinch of black pepper
Directions:
Wash greens well and cut them to 3 inch long. Drain. Put them in the pot with all the ingredients. Cook about 20 minutes. Keep the lid half way covered and let it cook until the sauce becomes thick. When it’s cooked, pour 4 tablespoons of Mavra’s Olive Oil on top. Enjoy with your favorite meat or fish as a side dish.

1 | Small Egg plant ( any kind) |
1 | Red Bell Pepper |
1 | Yellow Bell Pepper |
1 | Sweet Banana Pepper |
1 | Leek Stoke |
1 | Asparagus (bunch) |
1 | Orange carrot and one white carrot |
4 tbs | Mavra’s olive oil |

My first harvest for the summer is green onions and romaine lettuce together they make the best salads. A tip to make your salad and add 4 tbs Mavra’s Olive Oil and 2 tbs vinegar add a pinch of salt
